Due to the increased demand from business of all sizes for transport and storage we are delighted to introduce our new Operations Manager Karl Hodder who joined Bottrills Transport in August.
Karl is no stranger to the Bottrills site having spent his early years in Road Haulage working with us under the AE Parker banner, now Parkers of Chichester (parent company to Bottrills Transport Ltd), and we are pleased to welcome him back and look forward facing the challenges of theses strange times together.
Karl is a former Royal Marine serving in various operations in different continents around the world; towards the end of his military career he settled into the role of Transport Coordinator. He then branched out of the Royal Marines and pursued a career in Road Haulage. He went on to work for AE Parker Chichester (now Parkers of Chichester) primarily assisting with Pallet Network Operations moving on from there to work in Theatre and Events logistics with Paul Matthew Transport as their assistant Transport Manager. This involved daily fleet management and vehicle planning loading out of West End Theatre Companies and delivering throughout the UK and Europe.
I am keen to get to work with the team here and Pall-Ex in building the Bottrills business.

My military experience, attention to detail and previous logistic experience will play a key part in the sustained smooth running and development of Bottrills as it continues to grow.
